I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were really comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide range of full English and continental options. The service was top-notch, with a very accommodating staff and a lovely restaurant on-site. The location was modern, clean, and convenient for exploring Leicester and the surrounding area.

It was absolutely spotless, though there was a minor issue with a leak in the ensuite bathroom, possibly due to a full filter. The service was amazing, very helpful, polite, accommodating, and friendly. The location was good for visiting the space center and convenient for families with the Bella Italia attached.
